BIG CHANGES

I'm in a little bit of a transition in my life right now. Career change, move....so CrossFit SurfCity is hibernating. The calendar won't be updated for a while and training has been suspended. I still went to get the 503lb deadlift video uploaded. I will resume posting stuff soon....I know it is a pain to go to a blog and see nothing new. Please check back once in a while. I'll get back up!!! Out.
